Our Rec Center offers an upstairs Track.
Policies and Procedures:
- 11 1/3 Laps=1 mile
- 34 Laps= 3 miles
- Walking and Jogging

Go in the direction that is posted.
- Outside lane for walking.
- Inside lane for running.
- Yield to runners first, walkers second.
- Do not stand around track railing.
