A mixed level class suitable for beginners to advanced alike. Come practice your practice with a wonderful group of students who learn and grow together. Increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance through a variety of postures.
Carrie is a wife, mom, and yoga instructor. She has been teaching group classes for over 15 years. She is an ACE certified personal trainer (since 1995), ACE certified mind-body specialist (since 2013), 200-hour/YogaFaith certified yoga teacher (2015), and a 200-hour/Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (2015).
