This is a mixed level class with a focus on each individual being able to practice yoga at their current level, and progress from where they are, into a deeper practice. Modifications are provided, as well as the time and space to rest, if and when needed.  The class is open to all - from beginner to the more advanced practitioners.  There is something for every...body!!

Carrie is a wife, mom, and yoga instructor. She has been teaching group classes for over 15 years.  She is an ACE certified personal trainer (since 1995), ACE certified mind-body specialist (since 2013), 200-hour/YogaFaith certified yoga teacher (2015), and a 200-hour/Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (2015)
