Boot Camp

Want to get fit, healthy, and challenge your mind and body?  Don't have a lot of time to fit in multiple workouts during the week? Are you tired of the same old routine?

Cycle Boot Camp may be just for you! With about 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength and core, this class is your one stop for total body fitness.  

All ages and fitness levels welcome since exercises can be easily modified.  Be prepared for high intensity work.  Every class will challenge you differently and keep your muscles guessing.
