Hamblin Park is located on Bear River Drive just past the fairgrounds and directly across the street from the Bear Paw Trail Head. There are 7.6 acres of developed land in the park. The restrooms are open seasonally in the spring and summer, and there will be porta potties when the restrooms are closed.

Hamblin Park is the busiest and most reserved park in the city. Try to make reservations well in advance to make sure you have access to the area of the park you are wanting. There are three (3) main sections of the park that are individually reservable.

Area #1 has a grill and 4 picnic tables. There is no shelter in Area #1.

Shelter #2 has lights, electric outlets, 10 picnic tables, a grill, and a dutch oven pit.

Shelter #3 has lights, electric outlets, 10 picnic tables, and a grill. Shelter #3 is closer to the restrooms, basketball court, and horseshoe pit.

The frisbee (disc) golf course runs throughout the park, and the playground is centrally located between the 3 areas.
